How to plan your project?

Making a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)

A WBS is a great graphical tool that allows you to plan the most important goals of your project. A WBS includes the most important objectives of your project and then subdivides them into sub-objectives that are necessary to accomplish the main objective. Sub objectives can be further subdivided into smaller task groups in a tree-branch structure until no further subdivision is possible. The final leaves in the tree should contain actionable items. Actionable items are defined tasks written in sentences that start with verbs and should include an estimated time for completion. See the example formats bellow.
